Our Story

Founded in 2006 by Bryan Levy-Young, The Study Academy emerged from a vision for an educational experience that catered to the individual. Levy-Young’s background as a family therapist, camp director, children’s television writer, chairperson of Fashion Cares, and school director fueled his desire to create a school that balanced academic excellence with an understanding of students’ social and emotional needs.

The Study Academy’s guiding principle is that every student learns differently. This philosophy translates into a small-class environment where teachers act as mentors, tailoring their approach to each student’s unique learning style and strengths. The school fosters a supportive atmosphere with high academic standards that prioritises personal growth skill development.
