We have broken down the application cycle into five simple steps, and if you have any questions as you go through them, we are always available via telephone or chat.

We offer individual visits and tours for prospective students, and our admissions team is available to speak with you. Step 2 - Meet with our Dean of Admissions

After your enquiry, our admissions team will invite you to meet with our Dean of Admissions (Bryan Levy-Young). This conversation allows us to discuss your child and our program and directly address any questions you may have.

Step 3 - Apply

Following your meeting with Bryan, if there is a mutual fit between the school and the student, we will share an application to jump-start the school visit.

Step 4 - Student Visit

After receiving your application, our admissions team will schedule your child’s visit. This allows students to explore our school environment while we assess suitability. Student ambassadors assist with the transition, and structured assessments inform placement decisions.

Step 5 - Offer

The Study Academy offers admissions twice yearly for those applying by set deadlines. Early acceptance is granted for applications completed by December 15th where space allows. After this, all applicants are considered equally until the February 15th deadline. Late applicants and those on the waitlist are considered on an ongoing basis.
